At E-Bike Market Place, we want you to be completely satisfied with your cycling apparel and gear. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items with all original tags attached into the original shipping packaging to ensure protection during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a free pickup.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
