We preserve your original battery housing, connectors, and mounting hardware, while replacing the internal cells with fresh, high-quality lithium-ion components—getting your battery back to reliable power at a fraction of replacement cost.

Rebuild Options

Standard Rebuild – Returns your battery to its factory-rated capacity using premium cells.
Upgraded Capacity – Where possible within the same housing and BMS limits, we can increase the amp-hour (Ah) rating to extend your ride range.

What’s Included

Replacement of all internal lithium-ion cells
Inspection, cleaning, and refurbishment of your existing battery case, wiring, and terminals
Full performance testing, cell balancing, and quality verification
Retention and testing of your original BMS (Battery Management System), or replacement if necessary (additional cost may apply)
90-day workmanship warranty on the rebuild service
